Crystal HR started its Journey over 25 years back in 1993 when the market especially the SMB segment was still looking for a smart solution to efficiently run their payroll at an affordable cost. The founder of Crystal launched the first branded payroll solution in South India which proved to be an instant hit among the HR decision makers across industry verticals. Post the successful exit from this well established payroll product to a strategic partner and after a gap of 3 years, the entrepreneur found a renewed interest and meaning to pursue his passion in HR sensing the industry need for a truly integrated HR solution.Thus emerged Wallet HR – an integrated HRMS solution for automating most of the HR functions at the organization level.

Wallet HR was developed using the latest technology prevailing at that time and the product we offer today has been enhanced significantly evolving over a period of time adapting to the market demand and ever changing technological advancements.
